Revenue Operations AssociateThe Revenue Operations Associate will support the Revenue Operations Managers with daily operations of our sales systems and compensation processes, ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) teams have the accurate data and tools they need to perform at their best. This role will work closely with sales, finance, and compensation teams to manage quotas, make timely adjustments, fulfill reporting needs, and maintain the integrity of Salesforce. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Salesforce and Excel, a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working with data to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Salesforce updates, ensuring the data structure and configuration support day-to-day operations
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across sales systems
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce.com reports and dashboards for operational needs
  • Partner with sales, finance, and compensation teams to set and maintain sales quotas and process compensation plan adjustments
  • Support quota and performance tracking through accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant Revenue Operations experience (Sales Ops)
  • Strong aptitude for understanding technology, data models, and business processes
  • High proficiency with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboards
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required
