Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intelligence Intern to drive strategic decision-making in our COO Office. If you love numbers and solving business challenges through tech and data, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a team where entrepreneurial freedom is celebrated, allowing you to develop innovative solutions and establish new processes.

  • Enable smarter decisions through data: Support teams across FINN by tackling daily challenges with data-driven insights and uncovering the impact of business problems on our overall objectives.
  • Take ownership of key steering processes: Continuously improve our organizational setup by owning critical steering processes, streamlining workflows, and driving initiatives that keep FINN running smoothly.
  • Bridge Business, Data, and Tech: Partner with business leaders, product managers, analysts, and engineers to align tech initiatives with business goals and transform insights into tangible actions.
  • Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in analytics, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field at a leading university.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, work proactively, and enjoy taking a hands-on approach.
  • You combine meticulous attention to detail with a highly analytical way of thinking and a strong bias for action.
  • You feel comfortable working with data and numbers, and you are able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.Experience with data analytics tool, like SQL and Python.
  • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Availability of 6 months.
  • Fluent in English and German.
