What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our talent acquisition team, providing critical operational support to help our recruiters efficiently identify, engage, and hire top talent. This is a 3 month contract with possible extension. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining valuable experience across multiple facets of the recruiting process. You'll collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure seamless candidate experiences and streamlined hiring operations.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS) or similar and recruiting technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling platforms
  • Basic understanding of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle management
  • Proficiency using Google Docs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
  • Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Manage interview logistics for assigned recruiting partners, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating complex interview panels across multiple time zones
  • Talent Acquisition Operations Support: Assist with recruiting operations including report generation, process documentation, and workflow optimization
  • Systems Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, update job postings, and ensure data integrity across recruiting platforms
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations and implement efficiency improvements
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining proper documentation throughout the hiring process
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and other stakeholders to support recruiting initiatives
