Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to tackle complex business challenges, develop actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll bring strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and conduct analysis to address critical business questions, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal business performance.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Tell a compelling story with the data using the best tools for the job (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, market entry strategies, and operational improvement projects.
  • Manage workstreams independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 1-3+ of experience in management consulting, analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics tools like Tableau or SQL or Python a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
