We're looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our HR team where you'll work across the full employee experience. You'll help us streamline processes and execute the important stuff with precision, all while building programs that attract great talent, help our employees grow, and make Anrok a great place to work. In this role, you will

  • Play an integral role in the employee lifecycle management process, supporting seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences

  • Become an expert in our HRIS systems and people data management, maintaining accurate employee records and processing leave of absence requests while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms

  • Work closely with our recruiting team to provide effective and efficient candidate experience support, managing some interview scheduling, candidate communications, and application tracking processes, where needed

  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities and bottlenecks and partnering with stakeholders to implement streamlined workflows that enhance productivity

  • Play a key role in designing and managing employee experience programs including engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, recognition systems, and feedback collection that support retention and growth

  • Help surface and implement new ideas for building company culture, such as organizing team gatherings, planning offsite events, or designing innovative employee engagement activities that strengthen our collaborative environment

  • Support employees as their go-to resource for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely guidance on benefits, policies, workplace procedures, and general people operations matters while escalating complex issues where needed

What excites us

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in an HR role

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs from design through implementation, including stakeholder partnership, change communication, and outcome measurement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Comfortable serving as an HR resource for employees at all levels, providing guidance and directing them to appropriate resources

  • Passionate about creating positive employee experiences and contributing to company culture
