Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote or virtual work environment.

  • Knowledge of sales and service principles, including customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA).
  • Familiarity with industry-leading resources and technology.
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
