Essential Qualifications

• 1+ years of required experience working an overnight shift, with a proven ability to work effectively in a nocturnal environment
• 2+ years of experience in a member-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and support
• Experience using and learning complex computer systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and platforms
• Work-from-home experience is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Fluency in French or Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse member populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Property and Casualty licensing, with a $1500 sign-on bonus for currently licensed candidates
• Experience in the pet insurance industry, with a deep understanding of pet health and wellness
• Knowledge of veterinary medicine and pet care, with the ability to provide informed support and guidance to members

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
