Duties

  • Represent personal injury clients in state court proceedings

  • Prepare and try cases from inception to verdict

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, hearings, and mediations

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and trial documents

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout litigation

  • Collaborate with legal staff to manage case files and deadlines

  • Build strong litigation strategies tailored to individual cases

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a practicing attorney representing individual clients

  • Willingness and readiness to try personal injury lawsuits

  • Strong interest in courtroom advocacy and litigation practice

  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with professionalism and focus

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, NC

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
