Key Responsibilities

  • Spreadsheet Creation and Maintenance: Create and organize spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • Data Transfer and Verification: Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database, update customer information, and verify outdated data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Customer Data Management: Type in data provided directly from customers, verify data by comparing it to source documents, and retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Data Organization and Analysis: Organize existing data in a spreadsheet, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to support business decisions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Typing Skills: A minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed is required.
  • Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
