We’re seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Content Creator to tell Indigo’s story and showcase our work across digital channels. This role blends video, photography, and social media management — perfect for someone who loves creating content and wants to grow their skills while helping a brand scale.

Overview

As the Marketing & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for producing engaging video, photo, and social media content around Indigo’s projects, team, and culture. You’ll also transform extra product samples into case studies, manage Indigo’s social media channels, and support the Indigo founder with personal brand content. Over time, you’ll help launch Indigo’s YouTube channel and contribute to the company’s visibility with large-scale clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit short-form video content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
• Take photos and behind-the-scenes content of merch projects.
• Create case studies using extra product samples.
• Manage Indigo’s social media accounts — posting consistently and engaging with the community.
• Support Indigo founder’s personal brand content (video, social posts).
• Contribute to Indigo’s YouTube channel with long-form video ideas.
• Collaborate with leadership on creative campaign ideas.
• Document workflows into SOPs for future hires.

Qualifications / Skills

• Proven experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
• Photography and photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Creative eye and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut Pro, Canva animations).
• Self-motivated with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio or reel required.

Compensation

• Hourly: $18–$20/hr depending on experience.
• Full-time role, in-office at Indigo Promotions HQ (North Bergen, NJ).
