Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken to resolve customer problems
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
