Job Overview

We are looking for experienced full-stack customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing teams. As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, handling inbound calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, reducing the need for follow-up calls

Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues, with a focus on resolving problems efficiently and effectively
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious), with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage, with a strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent, with excellent adaptability and flexibility
