Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Following up on client cases to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
  • A USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor
  • Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and typing skills at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace
