Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our services and products.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, showcasing your knowledge and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring seamless communication and continuous improvement.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous growth.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software and other tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.

  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus, but not required.
