Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring that each customer receives an optimum level of service and achieves the best possible resolution
  • Providing expert advice to customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment
  • Strong customer orientation, patience, empathy, and a willingness to help others
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong social support systems and autonomy
  • Proficiency in Windows and MS Office
  • Strong team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
