- Education: An Early Childhood Associate’s degree or an Associate’s degree plus a minimum of 48 college credit hours (including 12 credit hours focused on early childhood education). - Certification & Licensure: Valid certification or eligibility to work as an ARI within Mississippi. Possession of a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is considered an asset, though not mandatory.
