Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Guiding customers to relevant help articles and resources, ensuring they have the information they need to resolve issues independently
- Coordinating with the co-founder to address top issues and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Setting customer expectations and communicating clearly about fixes and timelines
- Escalating complex issues to the team and communicating with customers to keep them informed
- Managing a schedule to ensure timely and efficient support, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customers
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on capturing customer reviews and feedback
