Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Guiding customers to relevant help articles and resources, ensuring they have the information they need to resolve issues independently
  • Coordinating with the co-founder to address top issues and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Setting customer expectations and communicating clearly about fixes and timelines
  • Escalating complex issues to the team and communicating with customers to keep them informed
  • Managing a schedule to ensure timely and efficient support, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customers
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on capturing customer reviews and feedback
  • A positive, friendly tone that can adapt to different customer personalities and situations
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to conduct your work on time and on schedule
  • Expertise with Shopify sites, including orders and checkout processes
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Intercom, Trello, and Email

Preferred Qualifications
