Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and process returns or refunds as needed

  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (part-time roles)
