Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, engaging with customers via online chat and providing top-notch support to our automotive dealer clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that drive revenue growth for our clients. If you're a customer service pro with a knack for multitasking and a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

  • Provide in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to build strong relationships with our clients
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that inform our sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary – we're looking for people with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are a must, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
  • A positive and professional demeanor is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine through in every interaction
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment is a must, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week commitment
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
