Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving business decisions and improving operational efficiency through data analysis and insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update internal databases, dashboards, and data libraries to ensure accurate and timely information

• Design, develop, and deploy normalized data models and data visualizations to support business decisions and operations
• Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and data integration to extract insights and drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing scientific support (code documentation, data changes, calculations, etc.) to innovation teams
• Develop and maintain custom dashboard arrangements to support business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

We're Looking for Someone with:

* Moderate experience in store network analysis, reporting, and dashboard development

• A collaborative approach to presenting complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field)

• Ability to apply data analysis on multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities
• Business-relevant experience with several data visualization and AI strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, estimation, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.)
• Experienced user of Incorta, Prophet, and SQL
• Openness and business-relevant experience with several data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig)
• Openness and business-appropriate experience with several analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata)
• Strong data handling methods, including data mining and data warehousing
• Retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or store network insight, a plus
