Primary Responsibilities

As a Weekend Supervisor Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising daily, weekly, and monthly activities of a team of customer service representatives
  • Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
  • Coordinating work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, and teams
  • Identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews, as well as formal corrective action
  • Analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing 10 or more employees
  • At least 3 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Thursday-Sunday, with flexibility to work any of our 10-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10am-10pm
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a call center environment
  • Telecommuting experience

Telecommuting Requirements

If you are selected for this role, you will be required to:

  • Reside within Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Establish a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Compensation and Benefits

As a Weekend Supervisor Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary range of $49,300 to $96,400 annually, based on full-time employment
