As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via calls and chats, answering questions about products, accounts, orders, and more
• Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through resolution steps
• Empathizing with customers and delivering a positive experience that leaves them feeling heard, valued, and excited about blithequark
• Collaborating with your fellow team members to create a positive and supportive environment
• Staying up-to-date with blithequark products and services, providing insights and feedback to help us continually improve

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or technology-related field
• Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software, devices, and systems
• Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
• A strong, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
