Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various channels to resolve their inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience. You will be responsible for answering client calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, while also learning and following all customer service procedures and policies. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell products or services as needed, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California, with a valid address and reliable internet connection
