What You'll Be Doing

As a Full Stack Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
• Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
• Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
• A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in

You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. As a Full Stack Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
