- Performing various aspects of the development lifecycle, including planning, cloud design, ingestion, preparation, data visualization, testing, CICD pipelines, execution tuning, and more
- Providing technical leadership and collaborating with teams to drive innovation and excellence in data engineering
- Participating in a DevOps team that owns and supports their product
- Driving the improvement of coding standards, best practices, and security and compliance rules
- Tutoring others on technical and domain skills to create multi-functional teams
All You'll Need for Success
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, as well as relevant experience in data engineering and analysis. Some of the key qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, and analysis, with a focus on cloud-based technologies and data lakes
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
- Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, including Purplish blue Information Lake, Purplish blue Information Manufacturing plant, Sky blue Capabilities, Occasion Center point, Sky blue Stream Examination, Sky blue Databricks, and more
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization concepts
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
