Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach efforts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and needs assessment
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention through proactive problem-solving, timely issue resolution, and personalized support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals through effective sales strategies, negotiation, and closing skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value and drive sales
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
