Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to offer personalized solutions, recommendations, and promotions

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution, customer feedback, and satisfaction ratings

  • Adhering to blithequark's quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service delivery

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual customer service environment
