Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative with a strong command of the English language to join our team on a contract basis for one of our projects within the blithequark ecosystem. The contract term is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to another role within our company.

Work Schedule

* 5 shifts per week, including 1-2 night shifts

  • Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
  • Day shift: 15:00-23:00
  • Night shift: 23:00-07:00

Ideal Candidate

* At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role with constant communication with users (call center, service, administrative roles, retail, etc.)

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in English at the B2 level or higher, especially in written communication
  • Ability to work with routine tasks and adapt quickly to new situations
  • Willingness to work in an intense rhythm without multitasking, but with a constant flow of requests
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required (we provide training)

Responsibilities

* Handling user inquiries through our support system

  • Identifying user accounts
  • Canceling subscriptions
  • Providing general information about our product or specific subscription
  • Assisting with login issues
  • Changing or updating user email addresses
  • Processing requests for unsubscribing from newsletters and deleting accounts
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient processes
