Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing a positive first impression to our customers through friendly and courteous service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and accurate banking transactions
  • Building rapport and relationships with customers
  • Adhering to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations
  • Reflecting the corporate values and ethics of blithequark, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service
  • Utilizing multiple computer systems and adapting to change
  • Providing excellent communication skills and a personable attitude

Education/Skills/Training

* High school diploma or approved equivalent

  • Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
  • Organized and excellent communication skills, with a personable attitude

Experience

* Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations
