The Role

As an Email Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring they receive timely, helpful, and efficient support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Troubleshooting client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Gathering client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

Internet Requirements

To ensure seamless communication with our clients, you will need:

  • A personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
