Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical and systems support to our customers and internal teams, including developing relationships with key stakeholders and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, including handling incoming telephone orders and queries, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and resolving customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
  • Learning about our products and services to better understand our customers' needs and requirements, and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Providing highest level of admin and technical support to customers and the team, including processing customer returns and supporting field sales teams with quotes and documentation.
  • Accurately processing orders in a timely manner, handling any special instructions as appropriate.
  • Supporting the field sales teams in providing quotes and documentation as required and arranging vehicle fittings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of proven customer service experience, with a strong background in Business to Business (B2B) customer service.
  • Strong systems capabilities, including experience with CRM systems and other technical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
