Job Summary

As a Workforce Demand Planner at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce management plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our call center leaders to understand their needs and develop forecasts that meet their demands. Your expertise in demand planning, data analysis, and workforce management will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic workforce management plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

  • Analyze complex data and develop forecasts that meet the demands of our call center leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts of workforce capacity requirements
  • Provide business analytics and data gathering to support detailed modeling of capacity planning and metrics
  • Interface with call center leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and planning risks effectively
  • Drive model improvements to maximize statistical confidence and operational accuracy
  • Support flexibility and effectiveness of supporting models

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in related sales and operations planning with strong data and analytics skills

  • Dynamic workforce management (service planning) experience is an advantage
  • Experience in developing workforce capacity planning models
  • Broad end-to-end supply chain and operations process knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer care environment

  • Knowledge of workforce management software and systems
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Certification in demand planning or a related field
