Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, including data entry, customer communication, and claims processing. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Claims Processing: Follow up on missing information to process claims, review invoices for accuracy, and compile reports from systems with claims information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the claims coordination team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role.
  • Basic Computer and Typing Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Unrestricted Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
