Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Equipment Repair Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, maximizing efficiency and productivity
  • Verifying and sending accurate invoices to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Running reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals, driving continuous growth and excellence

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience, with demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take ownership and initiative
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
