Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and managing your workload independently. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. - Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient handling of listings and support tickets. - Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring high-quality support experiences for our customers. - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results. - Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. - Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field. - Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and its challenges. - Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative). - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
