Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Perform accurate typing and data entry tasks with a high degree of precision, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review and verify data to ensure consistency and accuracy, spotting errors and inconsistencies with ease.
  • Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as needed, such as organizing files and maintaining records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry is a plus.

  • Proven experience in typing/data entry or administrative support, with a strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent typing speed (50+ words per minute), with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Docs/Sheets, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
