As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service via voice calls and/or chat.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, enabling you to provide expert support and guidance to customers

Requirements:

* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support and service
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
