Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst in our GM&NS Pricing Group, you will be responsible for:

• Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change. You will also create a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region.
• Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities.
• Supporting external audits, including investigating issues discovered, communicating with local value team managing vendor relationships to discuss issues and work to resolve issues.
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• More than two years of experience in financial assistance or business payments and/or other finances.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as SAS/SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where they may have different goals.
• A strong work ethic, with a passion for winning and a focus on excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Creative thinking skills, with the ability to question the rules of operation and develop new ways to address old challenges.
• Strong project management skills, with full ownership from analysis to implementation.
• A dedicated customer focus, with the ability to understand and resolve customer needs and problems.
• The ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure.
