The Role
As a US English APR Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations
Schedule and Flexibility
As a remote work from home contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Our contractors typically work during weekdays and daytime hours, but we offer the flexibility to choose your own schedule within client and contract hours of operation.
Earnings and Revenue
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
