The Role: As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to our benefits offerings. You will also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to customers who express interest, but only if they desire to do so. This is not a cold-calling role, and you will work directly with union associations to provide personalized support. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns related to benefits * Educate members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation * Upsell additional benefits to customers who express interest, but only if they desire to do so * Collaborate with union associations to provide personalized support and build strong relationships * Stay up-to-date on benefits offerings, union policies, and industry developments to provide accurate and informed responses Requirements for Consideration: * Flexible hours to accommodate your needs and work style * Fluency in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required) * Must reside in California (we're proud to be a California-based company, and we want to support our local community) What We Offer: At Blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and well-being.
