Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will receive payment for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to complete the following steps:

- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
