Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark Store, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. This includes greeting and meeting potential members, handling front desk-related tasks, answering phone calls, and facilitating member services issues and questions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are always in top condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience

  • Handle front desk-related tasks, including:

+ Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns + Taking info calls and tours + Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information + Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed

  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that our facilities and equipment are always in top condition
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge

  • Listening: actively listens to customers, empathizes (sees the situation from the customer's perspective) and works together to solve the problem
  • Problem Solving: recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed
  • Diplomacy: demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
  • Communication: Ability to communicate questions, concerns or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications

* Honesty and good work ethic

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Demands

* Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift

  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
