The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our Administrative team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues, guiding them through solutions.
- Escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary while ensuring clear communication.

What We're Looking For
* Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency with chat software and related customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
