The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our Administrative team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues, guiding them through solutions.
  • Escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary while ensuring clear communication.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and support processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Achieving and maintaining performance metrics related to response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

* Fluency in English, with excellent written communication skills.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support role, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency with chat software and related customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
