Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong computer navigation skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and internet
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
