Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – AI Model Development and Business Insights

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models that drive business insights and customer engagement. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and marketing, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and AI model development will enable you to decipher complex data insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data for AI model development

• Create and evaluate AI models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and provide recommendations
• Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract data from text-based information
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with data researchers, data engineers, and key stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in leading data analysis and AI model development using Python
• In-depth understanding of AI concepts and statistical methods
• Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn and data handling libraries like Pandas or similar
• Understanding of SQL and distributed data systems
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Looker, and similar

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Materials Science, or a related quantitative field

• Ability to write efficient and well-documented Python code
• Experience in deploying and maintaining pipelines using tools like Airflow, Docker, Luigi, and similar
• Understanding of recent advancements in natural language processing, text embedding models, and knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Experience in integrating data science solutions into the business and operationalizing ML models
