  • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing paid acquisition;
  • 3+ years of experience in the B2B industry.
  • Experience building a comprehensive Performance Marketing Strategy from the ground up.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc).
  • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and content sites.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and strong excel skills in manipulating and analyzing data using MS Office and G Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English Language.
  • Previous experience in a start-up and in an agile environment.
  • Reliable home office setup.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in B2B digital marketing.
  • Healthcare and startup experience is a plus.
  • SQL experience is a plus.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a B2B & B2C Performance Marketing Manager will be to generate company growth by attracting more and more potential new business & new customers to our website and landing pages, by converting a higher number of prospects into new B2B & B2C leads, and by engaging and retaining more clients & customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a successful Performance Marketing Strategy.
  • Lead TrueCare24's Performance Marketing Strategy focusing particularly on the US market.
  • Help establish governance for Performance Marketing across the company.
  • Provide recommendations and drive implementations with developers.
  • Market research and competitive analysis.
  • Evangelize Performance Marketing within internal and executive teams.
  • Become the point of contact for Performance Marketing best practices.
  • Create educational/training content.
  • Create educational/training content for Marketing, Sales & Operations teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships.

  • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels.
  • Very data-driven and should be curious about and tell stories using data.
  • Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and branding.
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase their relevance.
