About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional service to our clients in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth and development, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills

  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer, researching, resolving, and tracking customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed
  • Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience
  • Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette

  • Previous customer service experience and comfortable working in front of a computer for the majority of your shift
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
  • Basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and the ability to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects
  • High School Diploma or GED
