ServiceNow Engineer

KeyBank is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer who will participate in the designing, developing, and supporting of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations
• Participate in Agile development processes
• Support upgrades patches and new releases of the ServiceNow Platform

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows, including both out-of-box and custom-built applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems

• Basic Understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
• Basic Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation
• Working Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms
• Basic Understanding of availability management; ability to utilize strategies and tools to ensure the timely availability of business data and applications
• Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications
• Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems; ability to utilize a variety of system tools, guarantee service availability, and ensure optimal IT system performance
• Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Basic Understanding of emerging technologies; ability to design, apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments
