Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and diagnosing issues with the equipment. You will also be required to keep all refrigeration gear in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour, and you will be working remotely from Tampa, USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards
  • Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
  • Maintain all refrigeration gear in good working condition
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer support and work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and address concerns
  • Work positively and cooperatively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines and equipment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and holidays as needed
