[Remote] Automations, AI & Integrations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. StrouseHouse.io is seeking an Automation, AI & Integrations Specialist to help connect and streamline internal systems. This role focuses on executing and maintaining automations using tools like Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel, with a light use of AI to assist with tasks.
Responsibilities
- Connecting Slack, Asana, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel using Zapier and webhooks
- Building event-based automations such as:
- Creating Asana tasks from Slack or CRM activity
- Posting updates to Slack when deals or tasks change
- Syncing information between HubSpot and GoHighLevel
- Implementing simple AI-powered workflows, including:
- Summarizing conversations or notes
- Generating task descriptions
- Formatting internal updates
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing automations
- Improving reliability and reducing manual work for the team
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zapier
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel
- Familiarity with Slack and Asana automations
- Basic experience with APIs and webhooks
- Comfortable working with JSON data
- Experience using ChatGPT / OpenAI API for: Summarization, Content formatting, Internal assistance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Experience with HubSpot
- Make.com experience
- Prior work with AI-assisted workflows or internal automation tools
- Agency experience
